I thought the site was really easy to use, especially on my phone. The photos loaded quickly for me, and the sizing info felt clear enough that I wasn’t left second-guessing everything.

Checkout was straightforward, and I got the confirmation email pretty much straight away. In my experience, it’s a nice little online shop with no hassle, and I’d happily use it again.

The delivery ended up taking longer than I expected, which was a little annoying, honestly. I kept checking the tracking and kind of thought it would move faster, but it eventually showed up, so I can’t be too upset. Overall the shipping was just okay, not terrible, not great, just sort of average.

I reached out to customer service and then just heard nothing for days. I kept checking back, thinking maybe I missed an email or something, but nope, no reply. It was frustrating because I just needed some help, the waiting made the whole thing worse.

I really like the quality and the styles are genuinely cute, so I don’t mind spending a little extra sometimes. That said, a few of the sale items still felt overpriced, which seems preventable. Overall I’m happy with what I bought, I just wish the value was a bit better

I ordered a dress and cardigan for my daughter kind of on a whim because they looked so sweet in the photos, i’m really glad I did. As soon as I felt them, I was like, yep, these are properly nice — the cotton is soft, the stitching looks neat, and the colours are just like they showed online.

They’re not the cheapest kids clothes, but you can definitely tell where the money goes. I’ve washed them a few times now and they still look lovely, so I’m happy with the buy and would definitely order again.

I really liked the designs and colors. They have that classic look, so everything feels easy to wear, but a few pieces came off a little too old-fashioned for me.

I really wanted these to work because the clothes are cute, and I had ordered them for my kid right before a weekend trip to visit family. But the sizing ran way smaller than expected for us, like not even close to what we usually buy. On top of that, dealing with the return was more of a hassle than I had the patience for. Cute items, just not a great experience for us.
